Our Apple iPhone XR, 64GB Review
✅ Reasons to buy
Price: The XR has most of the advantages of the iPhone XS for much less (like $100s less)
Great battery life: One test measured 19 hours, 53 minutes of playback. On a regular day, you won’t have to run for your charger halfway through the day.
Camera: Has the same camera sensor and almost all the same lenses as the more expensive XS and XS Max.
Speakers: Dual, front facing speakers give a clean sound without distortion.
Color options: Choose cheerful colors like blue, coral, red, and yellow, or enjoy the traditional black or white.
❌ Reasons not to buy
64GB and may feel like not enough storage. If you are concerned, try upgrading to the 128GB version of the XR.
There is no headphone jack, wall charger, or EarPods included with a new iPhone XR; only a USB-C to lightning cable.
It’s made of aluminum so it’s not as durable as the stainless steel iPhone XS.
⚖️ The Verdict
The iPhone XR is a great buy. It is $100s cheaper the comparable iPhone models but has similar features. The battery life, camera features, and colors are also benefits of this model. Before you purchase, make sure you have an appropriate charging cable and wall charger, as well as a case.
